المستخلص The review of literature and the pilot study revealed that the second-grade secondary stage students’ level in critical thinking skills and attitude towards subject was low. That was why the present study tried to investigate the effect of problem-based learning strategy in teaching philosophy on developing the critical thinking and attitude towards subject among the second-grade secondary stage students. This problem has been answered in the light of the following three questions: 1) What are the critical thinking skills suitable to the second-grade secondary stage students? 2) What is the effect of using the problem-based learning strategy in teaching philosophy on developing the critical thinking among the second-grade secondary stage students? 3) What is the effect of using the problem-based learning strategy in teaching philosophy on developing the attitude towards subject among the second-grade secondary stage students? |
