The study paper based on an essential hypothesis purports to be a positive effect of the industrial investment in the industrial free economic zones on the industrial sector’s development in Egypt ,also there is another hypothesis purports to tell the industrial investment in the free zones has an essential and positive effect on the industrial development in China compared to Egypt, so the study paper clarifies that the Chinese experience and how successful it is in achieving goals which had been set for, the study paper has an importance with regard to the applicable level, represents how the industrial free economic zones contributes in the industrial development for the decision maker to make the suitable decisions concerning the industrial investment in the free zones just for progressing the performance ,or to adjust the existing system, or to have alternative systems for the industrial investment in the industrial free economic zones.
The importance of the study paper is to get its benefit for moving the industrial development in Egypt.
The aim of the study paper is to prove the validity or fault of the essential hypothesis which based on it, in the same time the aim is to clarify how successful is the Chinese experience to get its benefit here in Egypt throughout applying the analytical approach in showing the theoretical frameworks of the study paper .
As using ,” Cobb-Douglas production model”. Supposing that the technical production method in the industrial free zones is subjected to ”Cobb-Douglas technology”.
The results of the test clarified that not realizing the hypothesis which is the industrial investment in the industrial free economic zones has a positive and effective impact on the growth of the industrial sector in Egypt, on the other hand the study paper realized validity of the second hypothythesis, bosed on having benefit from the chimese expesience in egypt also the study paper illustrated the success of the Chinese experience as it could be used in moving the industrial development in Egypt .
It could be used from the Chinese experience to correct the path of establishing the free industrial Zones in Egypt and develop its performance to be an effective factor in increasing the industrial growth in it and in Egypt.
