Abstract

The lateral E` velocity decreased after successful PDA closure, the mean lateral E` velocity before PDA closure was 15.04 ± 4.07 cm/second which decreased to 12.30 ± 3.64 cm/s after PDA closure. The lateral E` velocity increased one month after successful PDA closure, the mean lateral E` velocity immediately after PDA closure was 12.30 ± 3.64 cm/second which increased to 13.18 ± 3.66 cm/s one month later.
The lateral A` velocity decreased after successful PDA closure, the mean lateral A` velocity before PDA closure was 6.91 ± 3.56 cm/second which decreased to 5.10 ± 2.14 cm/s after PDA closure. The lateral A` velocity increased one month after successful PDA closure, the mean lateral A` velocity immediately after PDA closure was 5.10 ± 2.14 cm/second which increased to 6.12 ± 3.15 cm/s one month later.
The MPI increased after successful PDA closure, the mean MPI before PDA closure was 0.46 ± 0.15 which increased to 0.58 ± 0.15 after PDA closure. The MPI showed a decrease one month after successful PDA closure, the mean MPI immediately after PDA closure was 0.58 ± 0.15 which decreased to 0.43 ± 0.12 one month later.
