This study examined the correlation between the dimensions of abusive supervision and employees deviance behaviors. and aimed to identify the impact of the dimensions of abusive supervision on deminsions of employees deviance behaviors In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire is designed and randomly data have been collected from Employees of directorate of services in Dakhlia governorate (5705 employee). Sample size is 360, and the valid questionnaires are 348 (96.7% of sample size).The study found that , there is a relationship between the dimensions of abusive supervision on deminsions of employees deviance behaviors. There is a significant effect of abusive supervision dimension on deminsions of employees deviance behaviors.
