Abstract
The present work aimed to use asimple and effective method for the synthesis of new bioactive {1,2,4} triazole moieties as starting material and used them for synthesis of some new nitrogen-bridge heterocyclic compounds using MCRs. Most of these compounds were subjected to biological screening searching for their ani Leshmanial, anti Cancer, anti Diabetic and anti-Microbial activities.
