Diabetes consider one of the most healthy challenges in the world in the 21th century that it became epidemic threatens developing and growing countries it led to Meany diseases that cause un ability and decrease age level and as result increasing economic load on the individual and society. According to the survey of the international union for diabetes in 2010 and the studies of international health organization, it is expected that this un ability well increase by 2030 to become nearly 438 million persons for different ages between (20-79).
Ahmed Mohamed Gareb (1998) refer to that there are two kinds of Diabetes differ from each other in the reasons and methods of treatment. They are the first kind that depend on insulin, it formed 10% in the cases of diabetes, and this kind happens in early age in childhood and adulthood.
The second kind of diabetes is non-insulin dependent and wishes the most popular that it form about 90% and it happens in the middle of age our after it has decrease the level of diabetes in the blood. The injured of this type suffer from fatness, nutrition diets and the weight lose are enough for treating in some cases. The other cases need medicine to decrease diabetes that support pancreases to produce the large amount of insulin.
Mohammed saad (2008) emphasize that diabetes effect on musculature skeleton. The dieses of muscles and bones the most popular in the patients who have long history with the dieses, that diabetes effect on the shoulder cause adhesive capsulitis or frozen shoulder.
This injury happen to diabetes type2 that non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus and which appear in the old age and accrue because of un ability of the body to use insulin effectively or producing insulin with less mount of body need so medicines are used to produce more insulin.
Mohamed Kadry (1996) explain that the movement treatment is the basis of normal treatment which takes its effect from scientific uses for different normal elements that treat the injures, genres and in many cases after surgeries and without being bad effects for these normal ways as there is in the up normal ways.
Mohamed Kadry and Seham El-Gamery (2005) refers that physical sport movement is one of the normal basic ways in the field of completed treatment represent special importance in the rehabilitation field to prepare the injured for normal life after returning basic jobs to the injured part.
Research Problem:-
Through the reading researcher in the field of Sports injures and physical rehabilitation, observed that many of diabetic Patients have type 2 with the stiffness of shoulder joint.
The researcher found a lack of studies that dealt with the problem of stiffening the shoulder joint for diabetic’s type2, which prompted her to prepare a physical program of the Rapeutic to treatment and rehabilitation of the diabetic’s type2 through the physical motor program.
As this injury reduces, the movement of the shoulder joint in all directions and be accompanied by pain when moving and daily work is difficult to do.
The cause of the shoulder joint stiffness is that the bones and ligaments that make up the shoulder joint are present in a capsule of tissue tissues when this capsule hardens and thickens around the joint due to the imbalance that occurs in the hormone insulin, which causes problems in the distribution of collagen in the body and aggregates on the ends of the shoulder joint capsule.
These fibers thus block movement and lead to stiff movement and hence the researchers interest in develop a physical program for the treatment and rehabilitation of stiffening the shoulder joint for diabetics type2.
Research Importance:-
First- Research Scientific importance:-
1- This study considers one of the modern scientific attitudes to set rehabilitation of frozen shoulder joint for diabetes type2 in complete treatment frame.
2- This study helps decrease the pain degree and strength of muscles, which work on shoulder joint and improve the movement range of the shoulder joint.
Second- applied importance:-
1- The result of study will help the worker, and who don’t work in sport field to know how to use the ways of rehabilitation of frozen shoulder for diabetes type2 through the knowledge of how to use the different ways of rehabilitation for static and dynamic exercise, how to apply it on the different places of body to prevent the injuries and other complications.
2- This study helps to present effective participation in the field of applied rehabilitation to get rid of frozen shoulder for diabetes type2 and pains that result from the injury, this led to speed of recovery of injuries and return to their normal life.
Research goal:-
It aims to know effectiveness of movement physical program for treatment of shoulder joint stiffness for diabetes type2 through-
1- The Rang of pain degree.
2- The Flexibility of shoulder joint.
3- The Strength of muscle gropes around shoulder joint.
Research hypotheses:-
1- There are differences with survey importance between pre-test and post-test for the sample in question in the degree of pain favor of the dimension.
2- There are differences with survey importance between pre-test and post-test for the sample in question in the range of movement for shoulder joint in favor of the dimension.
3- There are differences with survey importance between pre-test and post-test for the sample in question in the Strength of muscle around shoulder joint in favor of the dimension.
Study Approach:-
The Researcher used experimental syllabus with experimental design for one group by following the pre-test and post-test measurement because it suit this study.
Study Society:-
The study society is chosen by random way from diabetes typy2 and those patient in the public hospital in Bani-Suef and clinics in the year (2016-2017) and more than 50 patients.
Study Sample:-
The Researcher chose the study sample by random way from diabetes type2 who suffer of shoulder joint stiffness in the number of (16) patients, (4) patients survey samples and (12) for experimental samples at the age of (55-65).
Instruments and Tools Used In the Study:-
- Rostameters for measuring length by centimeters.
- Weight balance for measuring weight by kilograms.
- Denamometer for measuring muscles strength.
- Goniometer for measuring movement range of shoulder joint with marks.
- Vas Visual Analog Scale for measuring pain degree with marks.
- Different equipment, Dambisa, serval weights, elastic proofs and training stick.
Research measurements:-
o Length.
o Weight measurement.
o Pain degree.
o Movement range of shoulder joint.
o Muscles strength.

The ways of collecting data:-
- Forms of survey of expert opinion.
- Personal meetings.
- Forms of register data and sample measurement.
Survey Study:-
The Researcher did a survey study on random sample consist of four people from study society (public hospital in Bani-suef) and out from the basic study sample ,this is carried out in four days in the period of Sunday 3/9/2017 to Wednesday 6/9/2017.
Design of the proposed program:-
In order to design the program, the researcher has studied many Researches, references and previous studies so, the result were as follows:-
- The duration of the program is two months.
- The program contains (27) training units with (9) units in each of the three implementation stages.
- (3) Training modules per week.
- The duration of the training unit is (30-60) minutes, taking to account the principles of sports training.
Implementation of Study measurements:-

- Pre-test Measurements:-
The researcher did the pre-test measurement for the study sample on Sunday and Monday (17-18/9/2017). She took the measurement directly by herself and in the sample individuals (in place, tools, weather, and time in this day).
- Intermediate measurement:-
The Researcher applied physical suggested program me on experimental group through the period of (20/9/2017) to (27/11/2017), Follow-up measurement was done after & sessions after the first stage, the second stage was on Tuesday (10/10/2017) and Tuesday (31/10/2017).
- Post-test Measurements:-
The Researcher did the post-test measurement after the end of carrying out rehabilitation program me and physical tests for variable after study on Tuesday (21/11/2017) and on Tuesday (28/11/2017).
Statistical Treatment:-
The researcher used the following survey Styles for its suiting to the study:-
- Math’s average.
- Standard deviation.
- Torsion coefficient.
- Improvement rate.
- Dalala wilkeson.
- Dalala korskalwalase
