Abstract Vestibular migraine is one of most common reasons of vertigo and is increasingly recognized among neurologist and migraine specialist (Chen and Young, 2003). Recently the characteristics and the diagnostic values of cVEMP and oVEMP have been used to investigate vestibular migraine. This study was conducted on 50 patients complaining of vestibular migraine (VM) (29 females, 21 males), both the study and control groups showed insignificant differences regarding the age and the sex distribution. The ages were about 44.1 (±10.02) years (range 19 to 60 years). They were selected according to the crtiteria of HIS, Beta (2013) with the control group which was consisted of 50patients with no history of intense headache or vertigo.
