As a result of the fierce campaign against Islam, with the aim of undermining it and obscuring its identity and destroying its foundations, by throwing it into stagnation, underdevelopment and terrorism, it was necessary to intervene to repel this suspicious campaign. What we have seen in the Penal Code is Islam, which is a change in the introductory chapter, and we classify the corporal punishment from killing, stoning, cutting, skin and crucifixion in the first chapter, and we dealt with the second part about the corporal punishment of the requirements and controls during implementation, We have dealt with the statistics of the disadvantages of imprisonment and the suspicions raised about corporal punishment and those who oppose it. This gave us the ability to attempt to develop a general theory of the philosophy of corporal punishment for its own autonomy and privacy. In order to atone for the crime by making sincere repentance a way to end the punishment with a focus on the social, psychological and moral function of corporal punishment, which is not reached by schools of modern criminal policy to the present time.
