المستخلص The current study has aimed at identifying the concept of corporate universities and its practices and philosophy as an approach to improving the outcomes of Egyptian university education in the light of the experiences of some countries represented in the USA, China and Germany .The current study has also aimed at reaching down to a set of suggested procedures to improve the Egyptian university education outcomes in the light of benefiting from the practices of corporate universities models in the countries place of study. The study included three corporate universities: Oracle university in the USA, Changan university in China and DaimlerChrysler university in Germany. The study was based on comparative method.. The study has come down to some important findings, the most important of which are: the emergence of the corporate universities in the countries of comparison is due to the strong influence of the political and economic factors and conditions; there are similarities among the corporate universities in the countries of comparison in many areas such as goals , providing curricula and the procedures for academic and institutional accreditation ; there are aspects of differences represented in the admission policies, staff attraction and the nature and extent of partnerships with other institutions regionally and globally. In the light of the results of the theoretical study and the interpretative comparative study, the study has came down to some suggested procedures to improve the Egyptian university education outcomes in the light of benefiting from the practices of corporate universities models in in the USA, China and Germany. |
