This thesis is submitted to get the master’s Degree in Islamic Philosophy and Sophism. It is entitled ”Verbal and Sophism Points of View of Sheikh/ Ahmed Zarouk”. He is one of the most prominent figures of Moroccan Sophism thoughts. His uniqueness and fame are due to handling rhetoric, jurisprudence and sophism.
This thesis has discussed God’s divine elements of Sheikh/ Ahmed Zarouk, types of monotheism, monotheism of deeds, and monotheism of features. This monotheism is based on proving divine perfection of names and features without any kind of adaptation or exemplification.
This thesis has also discussed Sheikh/ Ahmed Zarouk’s life and the environment where he has grown, as he was born in a house of science and religion being brought by his grandmother. As a result, he has been fond learning, writing, science and religion. from a scientific perspective, this has led to a brilliant belief movement in most places of Arabic Moroccan countries. Furthermore, according to political, social and religious conditions, there have been conflicts and tensions due to conflict of reaching regime. from the external perspective, there has also been conflict with christians which caused commercial and social decline.
Then, the thesis discusses the problem of soul and the world according to Sheikh/ Ahmed Zarouk. It has also clarified their concepts, his opinions about them. It has discussed the Holy Quran and Prophet’s opinions about this issue as well as illustrating philosophers’ and argumentative verbal philosophers’ opinions about this issue.
Moreover, this thesis has discussed sophism opinions of Sheikh/ Ahmed Zarouk through illustrating concept of sophism and its features. This thesis has also discussed Sheikh/ Zarouk’s concept of sophism, and the relationship between sophism and jurisprudence. This thesis has also discussed sheikh/ Zarouk’s approach in correction of.
