Abstract

The aim of this thesis synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) by a sol-gel method, study the microstructure properties and calculation of crystallite size, energy density and deformation stress by using BMAP also, MAUD program are used to calculate degree of crystallinity and crystal structure addition to optical properties were study which lead to use the ZnO in U.V protection.
Chapter one introduction in previous work to synthesis of ZnO NPs. Chapter two related to the used programs and it construction. Chapter three present synthesis part and the instrumental Techniques (TGA, XRD, FTIR and UV-Vis. Chapter four shows results and discussion of these results. Finally, chapter five summarizes the conclusions of this work.
