Positive cases in different Ismailia localities were -232(7.2) for Rose Bengal Plate test. -190(5.9%) for Tube agglutination test. -178(5.5%) for Buffered acidified Plate test. -182(5.7) for Rivanol test. In Buffaloes. Positive cases in different Ismailia localities were -42 (3.7) for Rose Bengal Plate test. -34 (3%) for Tube agglutination test. -29 (2.7 %) for Buffered acidified Plate test. -31 (2.9) for Rivanol test. 500 Blood samples were collected from Inpatients in Suez Canal University Hospitals and fever hospitals of Ismailia, and 170 blood samples were collected from Outpatients group as well as 56 blood samples from farm workers. Neutrophil and Monocyte counts were found higher than the standard values. On the other hand highly significant decrease in Lymphocyte. patients with brucellosis the anaemia . A normal or reduced leucocyte count and thrombocytopenia.
