Abstract this study there was 72 patients (90%) presented by swelling and disfigurement while 12 patients (15%) were suffering from bleeding 2 of them were suffering from haemoptysis due to type 3 VM in the airway .16 patients (20%) were suffering from pain and heaviness, 10 patients (12.5%) with scar due to failed previous surgery, 2 patients were suffering from change in voice , 1 patient (1.25%) was suffering from tinnitus. one patient (1.25%) was suffering from DIC (presented with bleeding ,anemia and upper limb gangrene) and also one patient (1.25%) was suffering from dysphagia ,cachexia and difficulty in breathing due to huge AVM in oropharynx. Taking in consider that some patients were suffering from mixed clinical presentation for example 8 patients were suffering from swelling associated with bleeding and 13 patients were suffering from swelling associated with pain. |
