Study problem :The problem of study is summarized in the knowing the size of the logistics of maritime transport in the project of development of the Suez canal axis , and its impact on the Egyptian economy , this raises several questions:How to develop the expected return from the logistics industry , maritime transport and the growth of industries in the Suez canal region . The possibility of developing the port sector and maritime transport services and logistics , taking advantage the experiences of some countries in this field .Study subject:The study adopts a strategy of establishing global logistics areas along the Suez canal shipping corridor to be a significant addition to the trade traffic between east and west ti represent a link to the outside world in all field .study result:The development strategy of the Suez canal is based on the adoption of the idea of growth poles , which is spread investments in the different regions of the country that have sufficient growth potential , identifying the basic and supplementary activities with in the region and promoting them local and globally to attract investments with in a specific time plan .Study Recommendations:Attracting pivotal industries and giant companies to invest in the Suez canal axis , which in turn will attract the industries that feed them and create an industrial revolution in the region .The need to establish a smart infrastructure in accordance with international standards equipped with advanced systems the work of electronic gates and the operation of the mechanical facilities and containers.Success is not limited to attracting the largest number of containers , but the real challenge lies in the sriterion of efficiency of operation in terms of time that takes a single container since its descent from the pavement until it reached the industrial zone.
