The human potential is the foundation stone in the construction of any society, so we must give the individual integrated care in all aspects of his personality, physically, mentally, emotionally and socially to be able to achieve the success of the community in general and himself in particular, and in the educational system, the teacher takes a major center as the most important actors in the effectiveness and quality Education, a cornerstone in building the educational so the development of emotional intelligence to them using the computer can be a positive step to enable them to understand the Anflathm, control and understand the emotions of students and deal with it, leading to the reduction of many of the pressures and problems that they face and the Risha problem of student violence that It became one of the most school problems which are hindering the educational work.
Aims of the Studu :
1. The study aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on the use of computer in the development of emotional intelligence skills for teachers in Technical secondary schools.
2. Stand on the sustainability of the positive impact of the training program in the reduction of violence between technical secondary school students.
Questions of the study:
How effective is based on the use of computers in the development of emotional intelligence skills for teachers of technical secondary schools and its impact in the reduction of student violence training program? The fork to the following sub-questions:
1. Are there significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post test to measure emotional intelligence for the experimental group?
2. Are there significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group before and after the application of the program in emotional intelligence in favor of the post test?
3. Are there significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post application of the behavior of student violence for the experimental group?
4. Are there significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group students by implementing the program and after the differences in the behavior of violence in favor of the post test?
The study sample :
The study sample consisted of 60 teachers in advanced technical trade school in Beni Suef province, randomly chosen from the teachers of English, math, computer and business material, were randomly assigned to two equal groups, an experimental and a control both of them (30) teacher The teacher, as the sample consisted of 240 students, fourth and fifth Balsfin in the same school, were selected because they represent adolescence and more category showing violent behavior within the school were distributed to two equal groups, an experimental and a control both of them (120) students.
The Study curriculum :
The researcher adopted semi-experimental method which is based on two groups, experimental and control group.
The Study tools :
The researcher used measure of emotional intelligence(prepared by Osman & Abdel Samie) (2001), The measure of student violence prepared by the researcher, and a training program based on the use of computers to the development of emotional intelligence of teachers, prepared by the researcher
Statistical methods used:
The researcher used the Test ”T”, Alpha Cronbach method, retail midterm and Correlation coefficients .
Results of the study:
The study showed the following results:
1. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post test to measure emotional intelligence for the experimental group due to the training program.
2. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group before and after the application of the program in emotional intelligence in favor of the post test due to the training program applied.
3. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and control group students in the post application of violent behavior in favor of the experimental group due to the development of emotional intelligence skills for teachers.
4. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group students before and after the application of the program in violent behavior in favor of the post test due to the development of emotional intelligence skills of teachers.
