المستخلص
One of the most important stages in the life of the parents when their child utters the first speech, and incorporates the sounds together to have meaningful communicative. The child when he learns the language, it is made up in his mind certain concepts that need the words to install these concepts and identify them as well as he could have the corner of verbal expression and learns a lot of facts and skills that develop his linguistic concepts, and he employs the language in the affairs of his life, but the parents worry towards their children who are not able to speak proper language and cannot express themselves, but this is due, of course, to the neglecting and environmental deprivation that the child exposes to which impedes the speaking process and the expression of his needs and thus this leads to the occurrence of autism and social isolation.
The problem of the study:
The researcher can formulate the problem of the study on the main question that follows:
- What is the effectiveness of the use of computerized program in the development of some linguistic concepts in linguistically delayed children to enrich the verbal expressions they have?
It derived from this question, the following questions:
- Can some linguistic concepts developed using software program for a sample of linguistically delayed children.

- Do after the developing of some linguistic concepts using a software program enrich these concepts verbal expressions for a sample of linguistically delayed children - Is there is a correlation between the development of some linguistic concepts using a software program and verbal expression from a sample of linguistically delayed children. The objectives of the study:
The present study aims to:
- Development of some linguistic concepts in linguistically delayed children - Preparing of a software program for the development of some linguistic concepts for linguistically delayed children and continuity of the effectiveness after the application of the program to describe the subsequent two months and a half.
- recognizing the effect of the development of some linguistic concepts for linguistically delayed children to enrich the verbal expression they have.

1. Framework preparation: theoretical for linguistically delayed children, which is displaying some linguistic and behavioral and emotional and psychological characteristics for them.
