ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية
أولاً: الملخص باللغة العربية.
أولاً- مشكلة الدراسة:
تسعى مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية إلى تطوير أساليبها وتقنياتها في الممارسة من خلال تقديم أفضل التدخلات المهنية التي تتمتع بمستوى عال من الفعالية والكفاءة في آن واحد ، وهذا المطلب ليس حديثاً ، بل يعد من المتطلبات الرئيسة للمهنة ، فقد ركزت الكتابات الأولى للمهنة على أهمية السعي الحثيث نحو تبني كل ما من شأنه أن يقدم ممارسة تتمتع بمستوى عال من التقنين ، فكان المنهج العلمي هو الوسيلة الرئيسة التي رأى ممارسو الخدمة الاجتماعية أنها ستؤدي للوصول لتدخلات مبنية على شواهد واقعية ، تم التحقق منها باستخدام المنهج التجريبي أو ما يعرف بالمنهج الأمبيريقي في الكتابات التي نشرت مع بداية ظهور مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية.
ولذلك تزاد الحاجة إلى البحوث التدخل المهني لدراسة مشكلات الممارسة عن طريق استخدام مهارة الممارسين في استخدام مناهج البحث القائمة على النظرية العلمية وتقييم نتائج الممارسة في فترات متعاقبة، لأن ممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية ولكي تكون بصدق ذات فعالية وتأثير خانة من المهم أن يكون ذلك قائماً على معطيات المهنة والمجتمع في الوقت ذاته، ولذلك يجب أن نعتمد الممارسة على البحوث التدخل المهني في المدى البعيد، وأن يعطي الاهتمام لنتائج هذه البحوث تدخل المهني.
القائمون على التعليم الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والباحثون لديهم تاريخ طويل من العمل فى منظمات المجتمع المحلي وكذلك لديهم خبرة بحثية وحكمة ممارسة تضاف الى الجهود الحالية لمساعدة الممارسين المتخصصين فى استخدام وبتكييف الممارسات المبنية على الأدلة فى محيطات المجتمع المحلي لاستيعاب مهارات الممارسة المبنية على الأدلة . ومن منظور تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية تنفيذ ( تحويل المشكلة يشير الى التحديات فى عمل المعرفة على الممارسة المبنية على الأدلة متاحة ومفيدة للممارسين المتخصصين فى المجتمع المحلي .
الممارسة المجتمعية القائمة على الأدلة هي عملية تقييم التدخلات الفردية والاجتماعية التي تهدف إلى منع أو تخفيف المشكلات المجتمعية بناء علي الأدلة يجب أن يكون لدي الممارسين مهارات منهجية اللازمة لتقييم الأدلة حول فعالية التدخلات.
وبالتالي دراسة متطلبات تطبيق الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية علي الادلة في بحوث التدخل المهني لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع تطلب مني تفعيل نتائج البحوث من خلال دراسة هذا الاتجاه.
ثانياً- أهمية الدراسة:
تحددت أهمية الدراسة في النقاط التالية:
1. لم تتعرض دراسة (في حدود علم الباحثة) في البيئة العربية عن الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية على الأدلة في الخدمة الاجتماعية، ومن هنا جاءت فكرة هذه الدراسة كمحاولة عملية لإضافة أطروحات نظرية ونتائج ميدانية ترتبط بالممارسة المجتمعية المبنية على الأدلة لتنظيم المجتمع.
2. فتح الطريق أمام الباحثين نحو إنجاز مزيد من الدراسات التي تهتم باستخدام الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية على الأدلة في تنظيم مجتمع .
3. قد تسهم نتائج هذه الدراسة في الحصول علي معارف علمية وبيانات عن المشكلات والاجتاجات الاجتماعية لأنساق أفراد المجتمع ويمكن استخدامها في اتخاذ قرارات سليمة ومواضعها، وكذلك التعرف علي بحوث التدخل المهني في الممارسة المجتمعية ويساعد علي تحديد أهداف ونموذج واستراتيجيات الممارسة المجتمعية .
4. أهمية بحوث التدخل المهني في الخدمة الاجتماعية وطريقتها تنظيم المجتمع على اعتبار أنها تعتبر البوتقة التي يتم من خلالها اختبار نماذج الممارسة المهنية تمهيداً لبناء نظرية الممارسة في تنظيم المجتمع كهدف منشود تسعى المهنة إلى تحقيقه في واقعنا العربي من المنظور الاجتماعي.
5. تصاعد النداءات المطالبة بضرورة مراجعة الأسس العلمية والمنهجية لبحوث التدخل المهني في الخدمة الاجتماعية عامة وتنظيم المجتمع بصفة خاصة ، وذلك لما لهذه البحوث من أهمية في تحديد مدى صلاحية النظريات والنماذج العلمية للتطبيق في الواقع المصري, وكذلك في إثراء الممارسة المهنية في المجالات المختلفة للممارسة
ثالثا: اهداف الدراسة
أولا: تهدف هذه الدراسة الي تحقيق هدف رئيسي هو تحديد متطلبات الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية على الادلة في بحوث التدخل المهنى لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع ويتفرع من هذا الهدف الرئيسي مجموعة من المؤشرات الفرعية:-
1. تحديد المتطلبات المعرفية لتطبيق الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية علي الادلة في بحوث التدخل المهني في تنظيم المجتمع
2. تحديد المتطلبات المهارية لتطبيق الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية علي الادلة في بحوث التدخل المهني في تنظيم المجتمع
3. تحديد المتطلبات الاخلاقية لتطبيق الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية علي الادلة في بحوث التدخل المهني في تنظيم المجتمع
4. تحديد المتطلبات التنكولوجية لتطبيق الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية علي الادلة في بحوث التدخل المهني في تنظيم المجتمع
ثانيا: محاولة وضع مؤشرات وقياس فعالية بحوث التدخل المهني لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع وفقا للممارسة المجتمعية
ثالثا :تحديد المعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية علي الادلة في بحوث التدخل المهني في تنظيم المجتمع.
رابعا: تحديد المقترحات التي يمكن من خلالها الحد من المعوقات التي تواجه تحديد متطلبات تطبيق الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية علي الادلة في بحوث التدخل المهني في تنظيم المجتمع.
خامسا: محاولة الوصول لرؤية مستقبلية مقترحه من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتطبيق الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية علي الادلة في بحوث التدخل المهني.
رابعا: تساؤلات الدراسة
تحاول هذه الدراسة الاجابة علي عده تساؤلات:
1. ما المتطلبات اللازمة لتطبيق الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية علي الادلة في بحوث التدخل المهني في تنظيم المجتمع؟ ويمكن الاجابة علي هذا التساؤل من خلال الاجابة علي المؤشرات الفرعية التالي.
أ. ما المتطلبات المعرفية لتطبيق الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية علي الادلة في بحوث التدخل المهني في تنظيم المجتمع؟
ب. ماالمتطلبات المهارية لتطبيق الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية علي الادلة في بحوث التدخل المهني في تنظيم المجتمع؟
ج. ما المتطلبات الاخلاقية لتطبيق الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية علي الادلة في بحوث التدخل المهني في تنظيم المجتمع؟
د. ما المتطلبات التكنولوجية لتطبيق الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية علي الادلة في بحوث التدخل المهني في تنظيم المجتمع؟
2. ما المعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية علي الادلة في بحوث التدخل المهني في تنظيم المجتمع؟
3. ما المقترحات التي يمكن من خلالها الحد من المعوقات التي تواجه تحديد متطلبات تطبيق الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية علي الادلة في بحوث التدخل المهني في تنظيم المجتمع؟
خامساً- مفاهيم الدراسة:
وتحددت المفاهيم الأساسية للدراسة في الآتي:
• مفهوم الممارسة المبنية علي الادلة.
• مفهوم الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية علي الادلة.
• مفهوم بحوث التدخل المهني.
سادساً- الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة:
أولاً- نوع الدراسة:
تنتمى هذه الدراسة على الدراسات الوصفية التى تهتم بتحديد ووصف ممارسة المجتمعية المبنية على الادلة لبحوث التدخل المهنى في الواقع.
ثانياً- المنهج المستخدم:
وتستخدم الباحثة منهج المسح الاجتماعي بنوعية
1- طريقة المسح الاجتماعي الشامل , للأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات الخدمة الاجتماعية بأقسام تنظيم المجتمع .
2- طريقة المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للرسائل العلمية من فترة 2000/ 2015 وهم (35) رسالة علمية
ثالثاً- أدوات الدراسة:
اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على الأدوات الآتية:
• -استمارة استبيان للسادة أعضاء هيئة التدريس (الأكاديميين).
• - أداة تحليل المضمون.
رابعاً- مجالات الدراسة:
المجال المكاني:
• كلية الخدمة الاجتماعية- جامعة حلوان
• كلية الخدمة الاجتماعية- جامعة الفيوم
• كلية الخدمة الاجتماعية- جامعة اسيوط.
المجال البشرى: وتم اختيار المجال البشرى لهذه الدراسة وفقا للآتي:
اعضاء هيئة التدريس كلية الخدمة الاجتماعية بقسم تنظيم مجتمع وعدهم ( 61 )مفردة.
المجال الزمني: وهى الفترة الزمنية التى استغرقها الباحث فى الدراسة بشقيها النظرى والعملى .
خامساً- نتائج الدراسة:
توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى الاتى:
1- جاءالمتطلبات المعرفية ” بمتوسط حسابى( 2.47) و” المتطلبات الاخلاقية ” بمتوسط حسابى (2.38) و ” المتطلبات المهارية ” بمتوسط حسابى ( 2.35) و ” المتطلبات التكنولوجية ” بمتوسط حسابى ( 2.35) ، بالرغم من ارتفاع مستوى المتطلبات ، الا ان الباحثين يتطلب لديهم معرفة تامه حول الدراسات المبنية على الادلة فى بحوث تنظيم المجتمع .
2- وجود معوقات نقص توفر مهارات التحليل النقدي لدى الممارس بمتوسط حسابى (1.75) ,قلة الكتابات والدراسات والبحوث العربية علي الممارسة المبنية علي الادلة بمتوسط حسابى (1.64)
3- وجود مقترحات عقد دورات تدريبية مختلفة تسهم في إكساب الممارسين مهارات استخدام تطبيق الممارسة المجتمعية المبنية على الأدلة في التجارب التنموية في المجتمع المحلي بمتوسط حسابي (1.79) إعداد الممارس إعداداً ميدانياً كافياً في استخدام هذه النوعية أساليب الممارسة بمتوسط حسابي (1.72)
Summary of the study
I- The problem of the study
The profession of social work seeks to develop its methods and techniques in practice by providing the best professional interventions that are highly effective and efficient at the same time. This demand is not new, it is a major requirement of the profession. The first writings of the profession focused on the importance of striving to adopt All that would provide a practice with a high level of rationing, the scientific method was the main means that social workers believed that it would lead to interventions based on real evidence, verified using the experimental method or the Ampere method in the Kata S published with the onset of the profession of social work.
Therefore, the need for research increases the professional intervention to study the problems of practice by using the skill of practitioners in the use of research methods based on scientific theory and evaluating the results of practice in successive periods, because the practice of social work and to be honestly effective and influential box it is important to be based on the data of the profession And society at the same time, so we must adopt the research practice on professional intervention in the long term, and give attention to the results of this professional intervention research.
Educators Social workers and researchers have a long history of working in community organizations as well as research experience and practice wisdom in addition to current efforts to assist practitioners in the use and adaptation of evidence-based practices in community settings to accommodate evidence-based practice skills. from the perspective of social work education, the implementation of problem-solving refers to the challenges in knowledge-based work on evidence-based practice that are available and useful to community practitioners.
Evidence-based community practice is the process of assessing individual and social interventions aimed at preventing or alleviating societal problems based on evidence. Practitioners must have systematic skills to assess evidence about the effectiveness of interventions.
Therefore, the study of The Requirements of Applying Evidence ـ based Community Practice in Community Organizing Intervention Research requires me to activate the results of research by studying this trend.
II- Importance of the study
The importance of the study was identified in the following points:
1.A study (within the limits of the researcher’s knowledge) in the Arab environment has not been subjected to evidence-based Community practice in social work. Hence the idea of the study as an attempt to add theoretical theses and field results related to evidence-based Community practice in Community Organizing.
2. Open the way for researchers to further study with interest in using evidence-based community practice in in Community Organizing.
3. Contribute to obtaining scientific knowledge and data on the social problems and needs of customer formats and can be used to make sound decisions and their positions.
4.The importance of professional intervention research in social work and its way of organizing the society as it is considered the crucible through which the test of the models of professional practice in preparation for building the theory of practice in the organization of Community as a desired goal sought by the profession.
5. The call for the necessity of reviewing the scientific and methodological bases for the Intervention Research in the social service in general and the organization of Community in particular in view of the importance of these researches in determining the validity of scientific theories and models for application in Egyptian reality, as well as enriching professional practice in different fields of practice.

The objectives of the study were identified in the following points:

b. Identifying the technical requirements of Applying Evidence ـ based Community Practice in Community Organizing Intervention Research .
c. Determining the ethical requirements of Applying Evidence ـ based Community Practice in Community Organizing Intervention Research .
d. Determine the behavioral requirements of Applying Evidence ـ based Community Practice in Community Organizing Intervention Research .
2.attempt to develop indicators and measure the effectiveness in Community Organizing Intervention Research according to community practice.
3. Identification of the obstacles facing the of Applying Evidence ـ based Community Practice in Community Organizing Intervention Research .
4. Identification of proposals by which to limit the obstacles facing the identification of requirements for the application of evidence-based community practice in the research of professional intervention in community organization
5. Attempting to arrive at a prospective vision from the perspective of the method of organizing the community to implement the evidence-based community practice in Community Organizing Intervention Research to implement the evidence-based community practice in vocational intervention research.

VI- Methodological procedures of the study
The type of study:
This study is based on descriptive studies that are concerned with identifying and describing evidence-based community practice intervention research .
The Used methodology:
The researcher in this study used social survey approach, which is one of the main approaches used in descriptive research
1 - Method of comprehensive social survey, for members of the faculty of social service colleges in the departments of community organization.
2 - Method of social survey sample of scientific messages from the period 2000/2015 (35) scientific message.
Study tools:
The researcher in this study depended on the following tools:
- A questionnaire form for faculty members (academics).
- Content Analysis Tool.

A. Spatial field:
• Faculty of Social Work - Helwan University
• Faculty of Social Work - Fayoum University
• Faculty of Social Work - Assiut University.
B. The human field:
The human field of this study was selected according to the following:
Faculty Members of the Faculty of Social Work Department of the organization of society promised (61) single.

The period of time taken by the researcher in both theoretical and practical study.

The results of the study represented in the following:

- The proposals to activate Requirements • Conducting various training courses -that will contribute to giving practitioners the skills to use evidence-based community practice in community development experiences.(1.79)
