مرحلــة م الشــاب تعنــى مرحلــة اﻹعــداد الســلمــن خــﻼل ــة تهيئــة الفــرص التــي تحقــ لــه التنشــئة اﻻجتماع والقـــدرة علـــى تحمـــل مســـئولات المســـتقبل فهـــي مرحلـــة ال تتميـــز ـــة وهـــى حيوالطاقـــة المتجـــددة لتضـــفي علـــى ا وترت القدرة على التعلم والمرونة فـى العﻼقـات اﻹنسـانة وتحمـل المسـئولة اب ، المجتمع طاعا مميز والشـ طاقة قومة ما تحتوه من ات ات والخبـر ات اﻻجتماعـة نتـاج المهـار ات وأفار وانفعاﻻت وتعتبر هـذه القـدر قدر التي تسبها وت المجتمع شع بها من خﻼل تجاره وعﻼقاته . وأنشـــأ اب ــ ــز الشـ اكـ برلمـــان الشـــاب الملحـــ مر بهـــدف فـــي تعلمـــي تثقوهـــو مشـــاكل تعرـــف الشـــاب مجتمعهم ولكي شارك الشاب في الحاة العامة والساسة ومجاﻻت العمـل التطـوعي وتبـوأ ـل مـنهم مانتـه داخـل مؤسسـات المجتمـع المــدني ﻻبـد أ ـذلك ﻻبــد ن حصـل الشـاب علــى قسـ وافـر مـن التــدرب والتثقيـف و مـــن المحاكـــاة وتمثيـــل اﻷدوار وذلـــك عنـــد مشـــارة الشـــاب ة اطـــة وتعميـــ قـــم المشـــار علـــى ممارســـة الدمقر ا في قضاا المجتمع واﻻنخر. ـ ـائل التــي تعنــي بتطبيـ ـدابير والوسـ اءات والتـ ـة مــن اﻻجــر ـة هــي حزمـ والعدالــة اﻻنتقالـ العدالــة فــي فتــرة اات الساسـة واﻻجتماعـة الممتـدة ـالحروب اﻻهلـة واﻻضـطر ، ات واﻻزمـات الكبـر اﻻنتقال التي تلي الثـور لســنوات بهـــدف بلـــوغ ﻏايتهـــا اﻻساســـة فـــي المصـــالحة الوطنـــة وتخطـــي اﻻنقســـامات الساســـة واﻻهلـــة ومـــن الضرور تبني منهج سلم للعدالة اﻻنتقالة علي ن ـة ، وﻻبـد حو حق مبتغاها اﻻساسي في المصـالحة الوطن ان يتأسس هذا المنهج علي الماد المستخلصة من التجارب الدولة والتي رسخت رائز شف الحققة علي ائم واﻻنتهاكات الجسمة لحقوق اﻻنسان وضمان منع افﻼتهم من نحو جاد ، ومحاسة مﻼئمة للجناة عن الجر العقاب ، واﻻ ا صﻼح المؤسسي، وجبر الضرر للضحا ـة اسـ ـاقة تبلــورت مشــلة الدر ـات السـ اسـ ومــن خــﻼل تقصــى نتــائج وتوصــات الدر التوصــل الــي برنــامج مقترح من منظور طرقة العمل مع الجماعات لتنمة وعي الشاب العدالة اﻻنتقالة ”
نظرة اﻷنساق العامة:
. اب ١ ايد الش اﻻهتمام المتز من قبل الدولة أن ﻷنها تؤمن هم ـة خطـوة أساسـة فـي عملـة العدالـة اﻻنتقال وذلك لضمان تحسين أوضاعهم ة وحماة حقوقهم الساسة واﻻجتماع.
. ــة ٢ أهمــة قطــاع الشــاب فــي عملإ ــة حيــث أن نجــاح العدالــة اﻻنتقالهــم اﻷمــل والمســتقبل ل يــزة لــﻼد ور أساسة ورئسة تعتمد عليها الﻼد والمجتمعات في التقدم والتحول السلمي. . ـالنفع ٣ ات مـا يؤهلـه ﻻسـتثمار طاقتـه مـا عـود علـه ات والقـدر ينغي على الشـاب أن يـتعلم مـن المهـار وعلى المجتمع ة في ضوء العدالة اﻻنتقال . . مفهوم ﻻ تقبل ال ٤ أن العدالة اﻻنتقالة ﻻٕ ا و، تسيس ، لصالح اتجاهات أيدلوجة ، أو مصالح ساسة . ولكن تجسد الحقوق اﻷساسة للشاب والمجتمع ، فقدت مقوماتها وأهدافها ٥. امج ات فـــي أعضـــائها عـــن طرـــ اﻷنشـــطة والبـــر اهتمـــام طرقـــة العمـــل مـــع الجماعـــات أحـــداث تغيـــر المختلفة وتنتج قادات طبعة تقوم علي تطور ونمو المجتمعات. . قة العمل ٦ اد والجماعات وتثقفهم أهمة العدالة اﻻنتقالة وهي هدف تسعي إلي تحققة طر توعة اﻷفر مع الجماعات. . خدمـة الجماعـة ٧ إحـد طـرق الخدمـة ـة اﻻجتماع تحـاول دائمـا أن تسـتجيب ت ا للتغيـر التـي مـر بهـا المجتمع حتى ون لها دور فعال في مواجهة اﻵثار ة السلب والتي قد تؤثر علي د ا حاة اﻷفر والجماعات والمجتمع . . صـفة عامـة ٨ اسات والحوث التي أجرت في مجـال العدالـة اﻻنتقالـة فـي الخدمـة اﻻجتماعـة ة الدر ندر اهنة اسة الر اء هذه الدر وخدمة الجماعة صفة خاصة ، مما دفع الاحث بإجر.

- The scarcity of studies and research conducted in the field of transitional justice in social service in general and special service, which led the researcher to this study. Fourth: The objectives of the study: The present study seeks to achieve a main objective: To reach a proposed program from the perspective of how to work with groups to develop youth awareness of transitional justice. The main objective stems from a set of sub-goals: 1- To define the concept of transitional justice. 2. Identification of forms and forms of transitional justice in youth centers of the Youth Parliament Group. 3. Determine the role of social worker in youth centers to develop youth awareness of transitional justice. 4. Identify the difficulties faced by the social worker in the youth centers to develop youth awareness of transitional justice. Fifth, the study questions: Main question What is the proposed program from the perspective of how groups work to develop youth awareness of transitional justice? The main question arises from a subset of the following questions: - What is the concept of transitional justice in youth centers? - what is the picture? - What is the role of the social worker in developing awareness of transitional justice among young people? - What are the obstacles to developing youth awareness of transitional justice? Eighth: The tools of the study: The researcher relied on two main tools: 1- A questionnaire form for youth parliamentarians in youth centers.

Time domain The period of the study in theory and practice, which lasted the period of time between 28/4/2015 and 28/4/2017.. Tenth: the results of the study: The study answered a set of questions that were designed to define the concept of transitional justice from the perspective of young people and social workers, and also to identify the set of values gained by social workers. The results showed the main obstacles that negatively affect social workers and members of the youth parliament in understanding and developing awareness of transitional justice.
