Childhood interesting in Egypt represents utmost importance as the children of today are the youth of tomorrow and the future leaders. Despite the increased attention in recent years to the case and considered as a national and cultural issue relates basically the future of the Egyptian society, its plans, its construction and development, which was translated in the services supported by the state to improve the reality of childhood convening a lot of scientific conferences and seminars and the establishment of centers and institutes specialized in childhood Studies In spite of this, there is the proportion of these children live in difficult conditions and are subjected to deprivation and to many independent status within the community.
So the children and care of them is considered one of many aspects of physical, mental and social which are extremely every society and the child from the moment of his birth is influenced by the group in which they live, then there should be a relationship with constituents of the father , mother , brothers and sisters, family members and formed the social behavior of the child through the socialization process and through social interaction between family members and the parents lead an important role in the acquisition of the child culture of the community with all its values, customs and traditions
The paternity also really as necessary as a rights of childhood and to loss the parents or one of them is a heavy load which borne by the child as a youngster therefore should orphaned children being looked particularly.
