Abstract

This article has many sources, but to extract from the cell wall of some yeasts. The best known is the yeast of scaromis (the best natural sources) or of oats and some fungi. The difference in these sources is the strength of this substance. It is preferable to extract from yeast because it is stronger and better than Other sources. It is necessary to take into account the biological structure of the Betaglucan, for example, extracted from the yeast called the trio Betajlukan, which has a magical effect on the immune cells and activated, but extracted from a plant source Kalshovan called hexagaster Petaglucan and has a limited impact on this article, scientists began worldwide interest in research They have multiple biological functions (such as antibiotics, antifungal agents, antioxidants, and stimulants of the immune system). There have been many researches in the field of animal production on these two articles. The most important was their use as alternatives to antibiotics in poultry fattening and the treatment of some diseases.
Theoretical Hypothesis:
Due to the multivariate biology functions of oligodacus and oleigo saccharides (Agrimimus) and especially as antimicrobials, this study hypothesized that agarimus has the potential to improve the productive performance and health status of fattening fattening that has been cultured under stress conditions and assumed that agarimos have the ability to prevent physiological changes resulting from this stress .
Objective of the study:
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of adding agrimimus at different concentrations to the fodder provided to fattening nurseries that are reared under stress conditions by assessing its effect on production performance, behavioral change, and physiological changes.
Study and Design Research:
The study was conducted on 120 chick (Ross 308) aged 28 days to 42 days. They were divided into 4 groups (each consisting of 3 barns and each barn containing 10 birds) according to the agrimus concentration added to the feed. The groups were as follows (0, 0.5, 2, 4 g per kg feed). The birds were subjected to heat stress 32 degrees Celsius 9 hours a day. During the trial period, behavioral and behavioral changes were recorded. In addition, six birds were slaughtered from each group in order to obtain internal weight. Blood samples were collected to evaluate physiological changes.
Results:
1. Behavioral changes:
The results showed that adding 0.5, 2, 4 g / kg of agarimus to fattening fattening prevents negative changes in bird behavior as it works to increase the movement of birds and reduce the rate of mutilation. The results showed that only 4 g / kg reduced the rate of comfort and increased shampoo level. While there were no changes in the other behaviors studied.
2- Production Performance:
Agriamus dependence on all measures of productive performance (growth rate and efficiency of food conversion) significantly. While not affecting the weights of the liver, spleen and heart. In contrast, the results showed that 4 g / kg of agramimus increases body fat content and fabrious and thymus weight.
3. Physiological blood measurements:
Heterophile% and H / L The results showed that Agrimus works to reduce the%
Lymphocyte% while the concentration of 4 g / kg Agrimimus is increasing
Agrimimus does not affect protein, globulin, and albumin
Agrimimus does not affect Calcium while 4 g works to reduce phosphorus
While the concentration of 2 and 4 g / kg of Agrimimus work to reduce the concentration of hormone cortisolve blood, and increase the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin in the blood.
