Abstract Child and adolescent psychiatry is interested in the diagnosis, treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of neuro-psychiatric and developmental disorders as well as behavior disturbances during childhood and adolescence. Child behavior checklist is one of the most important instruments used in child psychiatry for assessment and diagnosis of many disorders, as it is cheap, rapid, easily administrated and effective tool in psychiatric assessment.
