Importance of research: 1. The importance of the research topic itself, which is the role of education in distinguishing the skills that convoy the transformation in the educational labor market within its students. 2. Upgrading the skills of students of faculties of education through the development of education and training to enhance their capacity to meet the educational requirements of the labor market. 3. The research may provide the educational policy makers with the knowledge about the nature of the scientific output of educational faculties to find out the weak points and work out its obstruction.Research terms: Educational Labor Market: the available job opportunities in both public and private sectors represented in governmental and private schools and other educational institutions. Research Tools: A questionnaire submitted to a sample of the teaching staff and students in some faculties of education to find out the reality of the faculties of education and its role in the development of skills that convoy the transformation in the educational labor market within its students, and the obstacles to doing this role and how to confront it. Research Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive approach, in view of its relevance to the nature of the present research, which its steps have been shown through observation of the transformation in the educational labor market, displaying the most important contemporary variables that led to this transformation, as well as the observation of necessary skills for students of faculties of education to meet the transformation in the educational labor market, and in analyzing the data down to the results . Research Results: There are some shortcomings in the technology skills that should be developed with the students. English language skills needed to be developed with the faculties of education students. The sample members agreed by a large margin on the existence of obstacles that prevent the faculties of education from its role to develop these skills.
