Abstract

Introduction: Promotion of a physically active lifestyle is encouraged worldwide, Particularly with regard to the many health benefits. In children and adolescents, regular sport practice facilitates the development of fundamental movement skills, helps to prevent obesity and its long-term consequences and has long-lasting benefits on bone health.
Patients and Methods: Thirty patients have been included in this study. Patients were subjected to a dedicated MR knee study. The study was conducted on a period of 7 months from May 2016 to December 2016
results: The study include Thirty patients complaining of sports related knee pain.Regarding sex distribution , 26 patients (86.67 %) were male , while 4 patients (13.33 %) were females (Table 3 and figure (97)
Discussion: The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the diagnostic value of MRI in diagnosing the presence or absence of the most common sports injuries of the knee
Summary and Conclusion: Sports knee injury is a very common condition that is frequently encountered both in general practice and in the hospital setting
