Abstract

The aim of the present study was to compare anesthetic efficacy of Mepivacaine to Articaine using inferior alveolar nerve block injection in mandibular molars with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis .In this comparison, the pain was evaluate dusing NRS during access cavity preparation and instrumentation .Thenumber of patients who required supplemental anesthesia were counted.
