المستخلص
The research consist of five chapters preceded by an introduction and
followed by the conclusion.
- The introduction deals with the evolution of the Egyptian electoral
system, and presents the various electoral systems adopted by Egypt
since 1976, as well as the nature of the conflict in the electoral districts
between the parties since the same date.
- The first chapter deals with the Geographical constituencies through the
display of the evolution of distribution circuits in Qena governorate and
analysis map of electoral districts of Qena governorate in 2010 and
2011, with an analytical study of electoral districts for parliament in
2015, By comparing the areal space circuits and juxtaposition of spatial
and geographical distribution of the Administrative components.
- the second chapter studied the geographical distribution of voters on the
electoral districts in the 2010 and 2011 elections, And also the most
important attributes of voters that influence on their right to participate in
the elections , Also addressed the Chapter the distribution of the voters on
the election sub-committees to get to know over the fairness of this
distribution.
- The third chapter study the candidates in terms of their characteristics
related to gender, religion and character of the electoral and political
affiliation, Chapter study the geographical distribution analysis Of the
candidates on the electoral districts in Qena governorate and that in 2010
and 2011, With a detailed study of the candidates lists in 2011/2012 in
terms of characteristics and distribution.
Chapter fourth study the voting behavior and voting in Qena
governorate and that by explaining the factors influencing on the vote
from geographic and economic and social factors, The chapter also
included an analysis of the form questionnaire prepared by the student to
learn about voting trends in Qena governorate, And also study the
geographic distribution of voting percentages in circles Qena governorate
in 2010 and 2011, And study of the geographical distribution of the
degree of awareness among the electoral constituencies.
- The Fifth Chapter study the geographical analysis of the results of
parliamentary elections in Qena governorate in 2010 and 2011, And also
the representation of the results of the elections on the map of the Qena
governorate, And comparing the electoral support for the party’s majority
in 2010 and 2011, The chapter also focused on the study of the electoral
equation that was used in 2011/2012 for distributing lists seats on the
rival parties.
