Abstract
The experiments were carried out at a private farm in Mehalet Menouf village, Tanta district, Al-Gharbia Governorate, Egypt during the summer seasons of 2011/2012 and 2013/2014 on potato (cv.flora). The main objective of this research work was to study the effect of foliar nutrition with some growth stimulants on growth, yield, tuber quality and storability of potato plants.All treatments wereapplied as a foliar spray. The different treatments were arranged in a randomized complete block design with three replications. All treatments were randomly distributed into5 ridges. Each ridge was 70cm wide and7m long (plot area was 24.5m2). The study included vegetative growth, yield and its components, chemical constituents and storability. Data were tested by analysis of variance and Duncan’s multiple range test was used for the comparison among the treatment means.
