The most important goals of selection sports are finding the best elements of juniors in physical measurements, physical abilities and performance skill to direct them to sports which are appropriate to their abilities. The research aims to :- Building battery of physical and skill tests to choose the swimmers of Egyptian military establishments in preparatory stage through: 1- select special physical tests to choose the swimmer of Egyptian military establishments in preparatory stage. 2- select special skill tests to choose the swimmer of Egyptian military establishments in preparatory stage. 3- the researcher has used the descriptive method with scanning style which it suitable of the nature and objectives of the study about The research sample has been selected purposively, the number of this 72 students from research society. - Surveys conducted from Sunday (5, Oct 2014) to Monday (27, Oct 2014) this period of time 3 weeks and 1 day - About carry out the basic studying (applying physical and skill measurements) it took 5 months from Monday 3, Nov 2014 to Tuesday 7, April 2015. Thus the measures of implement surveys and basic experience took 18 weeks and 4 days from 5, Oct 2014 to 7, April 2015. - The researcher has been reached to 8 tests it is assimilating physical and skill battery to choose the swimmer of Egyptian military establishments in preparatory stage. Recommend to the researcher - Use the abstract battery 8 physical and skill tests to choose the swimmer of Egyptian military establishments in preparatory stage. - Generalize using the tests which it designed in water to measure the physical and skill abilities.
