Abstract In our study, we aimed to evaluate the clinical outcome of arthroscopic Partial lateral patella facetectomy in the treatment of Isolated patellofemoral arthritis. Twenty patients with twenty knees were included in this study were diagnosed to have Isolated patellofemoral arthritis for at least 6 months before surgery with failure of conservative treatment to control pain. For all patients, All exhibited radiographic changes consistent with severe patellofemoral arthrosis on the Merchant view of the knee with loss of joint interval. The Kujala patellofemoral scoring system was used for evaluating results of procedure pre and post-operatively. |
