Saw human societies since the end of the twentieth century changes in the political, economic, social and cultural areas of the world has not seen before. Perhaps the most important factors of these changes - is more like a revolution overall - advances in knowledge and technological fields, which caused a change in lifestyle and work for individuals and communities. This had an impact on the general education, university education, in particular in terms understandable, patterns and its beneficiaries, as the impact on the objectives, programs, and systems acceptance in it. This, and contains the current study on eight chapters, cast the first chapter highlights the basic concepts and trends in endoscopy of the study, and the second chapter presents the most important research and previous studies, Chapter III deals with university education open: its mechanisms and its obstacles, the fourth chapter deals with the inputs and outputs of the open university education, comes Chapter five deals with the role of the open university education in shaping the life chances: theoretical analysis, Chapter VI came to address the methodological procedures for field study, while Chapter VII discusses the results of the field study, and finally Chapter VIII comes to view the most important results of the study and its recommendations. The results of the field study for the vast majority of respondents suffer from problems of after graduation from the open university education, it was found that the respondents are suffering from the problem of the difficulty of getting a job qualification curriculum, and follows this problem in terms of importance, respectively: the lack of practical exercises that gets in the course of the study, the difficulty of qualification for the students of open education in their views of the settlement, followed by the lack of recognition in some quarters graduates of open education and, finally, the limited culture of open education graduates.In light of the findings of the study could come up with some recommendations or proposals are as follows: • Create an Egyptian university for university education open, so as to be independent in its existence, structure and its members and Ttaghizadtha..k. Study the experiences of developed countries in the field of open university education, analysis, and evaluate and take advantage of them.
