The main objective of this study in identifying the effectiveness of the proposed program to the development of video journalism skills (Finding idea, Photography, Editing , Sound recording and processing , Montage) for students of educational media. The Problem of Study: The search problem is unified in this question: What is the effectiveness of the proposed program to the development of video journalism skills for students of educational media? Method: The researcher followed the experimental method to determine the effectiveness of the program in the development of video journalism skills for students of educational media. Results: There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.001) between the mean scores of members of the control and experimental groups in the telemetric skills video journalism (dimensions, and the total score) for the experimental group. There are significant differences at the level (0.001) between the mean scores of members of the control and experimental groups in the telemetric card note skill performance for video journalism, for the experimental group.
