It is one of the most important institutions in all political systems as an important channel of political parties and the mechanism of participation in political life , which has become a feature of the modern-day attributes mechanisms. Most contemporary political thought also tended to regard political parties as a basis for democracy in the modern era , arguing it is the only crossing point for all the different political trends within the state. There is no freedom in general, and political freedom in particular, without political parties, the party system is going on with her presence and naught, Valtlazem between the parties and freedom is serving in the absence of parties that there is no concept of freedom. Linked to the above do political parties play an important role in the field of awareness and the formation and guidance of public opinion through the sponsored parties of views and opinions about political and social issues urgent generality of members of the community, put these issues on the public opinion, leading to the formation of a political culture among members of society, It is also the political parties to monitor and evaluate and critique the government’s actions and lasting connection between the rulers and the ruled, as political parties are a factory for the manufacture and preparation of the Athlon leadership capabilities and experience in the administration of public affairs of the leaders. As not only the role of political parties on these aspects, which monitors the work of those in charge of governance so as to prevent deviating, and lead them to achieve the interests of the political community, as well as its role in influencing the electoral process, providing candidates or helping voters to form their convictions, which making parties of the most important pillars of the democratic system. On this basis it has become the freedom to establish political parties and join their activities and exercise of one of the human rights and freedoms registered in many international documents and constitutions of most countries.
