Abstract The present study was carried out during year 2015 at two locations i. e. nurseries of department of floriculture, ornamental horticulture and garden design faculty of, agriculture university of alexandria at shatby and montazah research branch, horticulture institute, ministry of agriculture alexandria, egypt. The experiment was established to investigate the effects of different concentrations and application methods of three amino acids namly glycine, methionine and tryptophan on the vegetative growth flowering characteristics, corms production and some chemical analysis of gladioli plants. |
