المستخلص

With the development in technology that is used in teaching
methods, and became a tool for communication and access,
participation, expression, and the evolution of technology emerged many
concepts that are working to liberate the learner from factors like time,
, distance, and the place and that is pretty much like education mail,
education, asynchronous, and education simultaneous via the Internet,
the virtual education and access to virtual school models, and is
considered the secondary phase an important stage of pre-university
education that need to take advantage of these new patterns of
education; because the stage of secondary education for students is the
main channel crossed by the student to the university and higher
education; therefore it must be to provide the right climate, and prepare
their students who has to be well prepared socially and psychologically
and has positive participation in society in the light of technological and
communication changes occurring in the world.
Recent scientific studies have highlighted the growing interest in the
