Abstract Transcervical Foley‟s catheter and vaginal IMN may be considered effective and of comparable safety for pre-induction cervical ripening in women with previous one lower segment caesarean section at term. Transcervical Foley‟s catheter showed shorter induction to delivery interval, shorter time from initiation to active phase, shorter duration of the active phase, and non-statistically significant increased number of successful vaginal delivery. |
