Abstract
The present study suggests that green tea catechins may by useful in protection against myocardial infarction. This effect can be attributed to their potent antioxidant property and high ability to scavenge reactive oxygen species,anti-inflammatory and different signaling pathways, these activities of EGCG appoint to further investigation.
