المستخلص
The study problem is due to the role played by the
society elite at solving the society problems in general Egyptian. The environmental role in
particular. The Egyptian society especially, the slums are suffering from, lock of the basic
facilities, in addition to the variety of appearances of the environmental pollution the in creases
the decline o the society .
There fore the study problem comes into some points:
1- the practiced role by the elite defending the rural &
urban problems.
2- The self- Role of the elite concerning the problems solving of the environmental (Rural &
urban).
3- The expected role from he elite towards the environmental problems solving (rural
urban).
4- The suggested role for elite facing the environmental problems both
(rural urban).
