duties of each job and determine salaries and bonuses based on those tasks, not only on the basis of academic qualifications. Encouraging employees to contribute to the decision-making process and represent their ideas on various issues, even if they disagreed with the senior management views and policy.
Clarifying the differences and points of disagreement in the organization openly, which reduces the chances of the emergence organizational politics.
Adoption of an open-door policy through continuous meetings with employees to promote direct and positive spirit and a sense of justice and fairness.
The manager act as a role model in integrity and sincerity.
2- Reducing organizational cynicism where it causes many negative consequences on individual and organizational level, through the following:
Taking in consideration the needs and desires of nurses and achieving them if possible.Reformulating human resources management practices within the organization and directing them towards workers demands (training, promotion, growth opportunities, evaluation). Avoiding making promises and breaching them, in addition seeking to build social ties that promote mutual understanding between the two parties.
Promoting a culture of honest work, integrity and honesty and ethical behavior among employees within the organization , and justifying all practices that reflect the negative image of the organization in the minds of workers through feedback and constructive ,effective communication.3-
