Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect of pomegranate leaves and peel powder and its extracts on biological, biochemical and histopathological changes of obese male albino rats. Also, study the efficiency of different concentrations of pomegranate leaves and peel powder and its extracts for increasing weight loss and improve the lipids profile level. Some physiological characteristics such as (liver functions, kidney functions and internal organs weight) in tested albino rats were also measured. Determination of some active compounds in pomegranate leaves and peels powder and its extracts using HPLC. group (1):-
Rats will feed on basal diet as a control negative.
group (2):-
Obese rats fed by high fat diet (10% animal lipid) supplemented in the basal diet and used as a positive control group.

A group infected obesity and is fed on alcoholic pomegranate leaves extract dose of 250 mg / kg of the weight of the rat. group (4):-
A group infected obesity and is fed on alcoholic pomegranate leaves extract dose of 500 mg / kg of the weight of the rat.

A group infected with obesity and is fed on alcoholic pomegranate peels extract at a dose of 250 mg / kg of the weight of the rat.
