Abstract
The aim of this study was to compare between two different treatment options of mandibular implant retained prosthesis in completely edentulous patient and study their effect on both bone height changes and bone density radio-graphically.
The treatment modalities are:
a) Implant overdenture retained with locator attachment.
b)Anterior fixed implant bridge combined with posterior removable partial denture with OT cap distal extension attachments.
