Abstract
Due to the incline of environmental concerns, new practices and managem ut procedures are being currently under deep investigations. Among the worldwide new motivated interests, comes the wastcwa:rer disposal and control. Many eounuies are studying the application of new regulations on wastewater management and their possible implementations.
This study had been made to investigate, monitor, discuss and evaluate tl1e environmental impacts of tl:le construction of wastewater stabilization ponds (WSP) treatment plant in the desert areas.The study covered tile most of the previous stLJdies in this field, then a field analysis program had been made to measure, monitor and investigate the pollution reflections 011 environment by the WSP in the desert zones.The study area have been chosen in l:’etrobel company colony nearby Abu Rudics • Cily, South Sinai Governorate to net the desert weather zone and check the variations in envirolUJJent under )(mg operation period (14 years).
