Abstract
In this study we will try to assess whether Echocardiographic assessment of right ventricular function is useful to predict proximal right coronary artery stenosis and hence identify a subset of inferior wall myocardial infarction patients at a higher risk of adverse clinical events. AIM OF THE WORK : To determine whether echocardiographic assessment of RV function in patients with inferior wall myocardial infarction, correlate with proximal RCA stenosis in coronary angiography.
