Abstract
The present work aimed to study the effect of antiryrine compounds and the its inhibition on carbon steel in hydrochloric acid solutions . The obtained results can be summarized as follow:
We prepared different concentrations of these compounds and we studied their effect using weight loss method and we recorded these results and obtained different parameters.
We also studied their effect using three electrochemical techniques.
The first one is potentiodynamic polarization.
The second one is the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.
The third the electrochemical frequency modulation.
We also made images SEM/EDX for the samples.
from all these data we found that compound3>2>1.
