Abstract
Nurse managers are professional nurses appointed leadership positions with authority on subordinates for effective performance, responsibility for resource utilization and accountability for wok outcome.Theymustprovideservices to the community in an appropriate, efficient, equitable, and sustainable manner (1,2). In the last two decades, nurse managers, jobs have been changed as a consequence of organizational restructuring, technological innovations, and the introduction of new management principles.
