Abstract
he soil samples were collected in the present study from different localities in Gharbiya Governorate, Egypt.Fifty bacterial isolates were isolated on nutrient agar and starch nitrate from different soil samples. The stock cultures of these isolates were maintained on slants of nutrient and starch nitrate agar and stored at 4ºC.
