First, the problem of the study: -This study seeks to detect whether there is a relationship between social and cultural variables on the socialization of the children and see the effect of the physical and educational level, as well as married women to work out, as well as knowledge of the impact of great technological development on the upbringing of the children, and the disclosure of the extent of the change in the role of the family as a result of this variables and try to detect the underlying causes of change in the functions of the family and especially the function of the socialization of children.Second: The objectives of the study: -1. Identify the most important social and cultural variables in the Libyan society.2. Identify the impact of social and cultural variables on the social relations of the family.3. knowledge of the role of community institutions in the socialization of children of the process.4. know the extent of the relationship between the woman going out to work and the material and the educational level of the family and the upbringing of children.5. conceived proposal to reduce the negative effects of these variables.In order to achieve the objectives of the study developed the following questions:1. What are the main social and cultural variables in Libyan society?2. What the effects of social and cultural variables on the social relations of the family?3. Do institutions of the community an active role in the process of raising children?4. What is the impact of a woman going out to work and the physical and educational level on the upbringing of their children?
