Abstract The objective of this work is to clear the oxidative stress of two pesticides chlorpyrifos and deltamethrin as xenobiotic in serum. The mice treated orally at several time intervals to represent acute ( for one day), subacute ( for 15 days), subchronic ( for 60 days) and chronic ( for 90 days). Various enzymes that are known to act as antioxidants (SOD, CAT, MDA, GSH and GXP) were estimated. Furthermore, the role of vitamin c as antioxidants especially in chlorpyrifos treated mice as subacute treatment was investigated. Once more we estimated antioxidant enzymes in one week pre pesticide, one week post pesticide treatment and in treated mice one week pre and post treatments. |
