Abstract
In this study out of 40 dental plaque specimens 20 bacterial isolates were recovered from patients attending out clinics of oral medicine department faculty of dentistry tanta egypt using paper point immersed in point immeresed in phosphate buffer saline medium biochemical identification of tested isolates showed that 12 60% isolates were staphylococcus sp and 8 40% were streptococcus sp.
