 Title: ”Proposed training program based on the quality of teaching and learning standards for the development of knowledge management skills of the social studies teacher in the Kingdom of Bahrain”.

 Aim of the research: current researchaimsto:
1.reachthe necessaryknowledge managementskillsdevelopmentwithsocial studies teacher.
2. Theconstruction ofthe proposed trainingprogramis based onknowledge managementqualityof teaching and learningmethodsstandards.
3.Discoverthe availability of theseskillsin the quality ofteaching and learningmethodsstandards.
4. Knowing theeffectiveness of the proposedprogram asthedevelopmentof knowledgemanagementskills ofsocial studies teacher.
5.ClassroomVisitscalendar inthe light of thequalityof teaching methodsand learningstandardsfor the development ofknowledge managementskills.
6.Disclosure ofthe classrooms’ visits to extent ofthe application ofknowledge management processesinthe educational institutionand the role ofschool boardsin it.
 Research procedures: The current search was according to the followingstepsto answerits questions:
1. Identify the list with standards of qualityteaching and learning methods through:
• Review of the literature and previous studies of Arab and foreign with standards of quality teaching and learning methods.
• Review of global and regional conferences and local seminars that addressed the standards of quality teaching and learning methods.
• reconnaissance experts and specialists opinion in this area to adjust the list.
2. Identification of the list of the dimensions of knowledge management skills and processes through:
• Review of the literature and previous studies of Arab and foreign, which focused on knowledge management.
• Review of global and regional conferences and local seminars that addressed the knowledge management.
• reconnaissance experts and specialists opinion in this area to adjust the list.
3. Develop citizenship curriculum in elementary education in the light of the standards of quality teaching and learning methods for the development of knowledge management skills, as follows:
• Preparea performance level scale for the teacher.
• Preparea performance level scale for the learner.
• Preparea form of knowledge management operations in an educational institution.
• Preparea proposed training programthat is based onknowledge managementwith standards of quality teaching and learningmethodsfor the development ofskills tosocial studies teachers.
4.Sampleselection ofsocial studies teachersin elementary education”and oneexperimentalgroup.”
5.Building research toolsof:
• Prepare a note cardwith a descriptive scale performancelevel of the teacher.
• Prepare a note cardwith standards with a descriptive scale performancelevel of the learner.
•preparethe learner-mail brochurefor the subject of citizenship ”goals, content, teachingtreatment”
• Preparea teacherguide thatincludes ”the general principles of thecurriculum, and theimportance of the evidence, and the philosophy ofthe curriculum, as well as illustrates thestructure of scientific material and itsimportance,the methods to achievethe objectives ofthe material andlearning outcomes, and displays thestandards of quality teaching and learning methodsfor the development ofknowledge managementskillsdirectlyin the classroom, andprovideslessonsplanningmodelswith multipleand diverseschedules.
• Prepare a personal interview formto the schooladministrationon the application ofknowledge management processesinthe
educational institution
6. Apply the scalebeforeonthe research sample.

 Research Results:
1.There are statistically significantdifferences at the0.05 level,at leastbetweenthe middle scoresof the experimental groupin the measurement of tribaland dimensionalmeasurements of the standard of the quality teaching and learning methodsfor the development ofknowledge managementskills ofteachers in favor of the dimensionalmeasurements.
2.There were nostatistically significant differences atthe level of(0.05), at least betweenthe middle scoresof the controller groupin the measurementof tribal and dimensional measurement of the standard of the quality teaching and learning methodsfor the development ofknowledge managementskills ofteachers.
3. There are statistically significantdifferences at the0.05 level, at leastbetweenthe middle scoresof the experimental and controll group in the dimensionalmeasurementson the standard of the quality teaching and learning methodsfor the development ofknowledge managementskills ofteachers in favor of the experimental group.
4. There are statistically significantdifferences at the0.05 level, at leastbetweenthe middle scoresof the experimental groupin the measurement of tribaland dimensionalmeasurement of the standard of the quality teaching and learning methodsfor the development ofknowledge managementskills oflearners in favor of dimensionalmeasurements.
5. There were nostatistically significant differences atthe level of(0.05), at least betweenthe middle scoresof the controller groupin the measurement of tribal and dimensional measurement of the standard of the quality teaching and learning methodsfor the development ofknowledge managementskills of learners.
6. There are statistically significantdifferences at the0.05 level, at leastbetweenthe middle scoresof the experimental and controller groupon the standard of the quality teaching and learning methodsfor the development ofknowledge managementskills of learners in favor ofthe experimental group.
 Research Results
The research results have proven the effectiveness of the proposed training program which is based on knowledge management through applying methods of education and learning standards for the development of the skills of the people at knowledge management department which confirms the research assumptions. This refers to the inclusion of the knowledge management skills in the citizenship topics in terms of objectives, contents, activities, methods of education, learning, and evaluation. It also translated the measures of standards of the quality of methods of education and learning to indicators of performance of social studies teachers, and the learner’s performance in the education situation which has contributed in the development of knowledge management skills of the research sample.
