Abstract
A group of red sea fishes representing three different species (lethrinus borbonicus, siganus rivulatus and mulloidichthys flavolineatus) belong to three different families(lethrinidate, siganidae and mullidaerespectively), (order: perciforme, class:actinopterygii) were studied moleculogenetically and biochemically using two techniques.
