Abstract
Corn is one of the important cereal crops in the world and in egypt after wheat and rice. Corn is a human food and animal feed. Although maize is originally from mesoamerica, it is very adaptable to different weathers, and nowadays its production is worldwide. It is used at any stage of its growth and has several industrial uses. It is produced in different parts of the world under diverse climatic and ecological conditions.
